The COM Machining & Engineering wood shop makes blocks used to protect the ends of plastic lined steel pipes. We maintain a complete inventory of customer wood blocks in our warehouse.

We are capable of producing square plywood blocks from 3” to 15” and round plywood blocks of 16” and 19” in diameters. The wood shop’s equipment includes: a 4’ x 8’ table saw and 4” x 11” semi automatic cut off saw, a circular hand saw capable of making various freehand cuts, a drill press that can drill up to 2” holes and a router for holes larger than 2” and various shapes
